I used Shank for an extensive pool refubishment and their work is largely unsatisfactory. They took 7 weeks to do a job that they had said would take three and the reason for the delay was that only one or two employees would show up to do work and they would never be dedicated to our job 100 percent. Instead, they spend a few hours at your home and then go to another job and we wouldn't see them again till the next day or the one following. If you have them install a concrete deck around your pool then expect it to have multiple cracks. Shank does not cut expansion joints into the deck, contrary to industry standards, to allow for controlled cracking so your deck is guaranteed to have visible cracks approx every five feet. In contrast, expansion joints are cut to allow the crack to form in the joint where it is recesed and invisible to the eye. Lastly, they gave me a bonus of a sunction line leak and then said no leak existed and that the problem was my pump. I replaced the pump but the leak is still present and will be fixed by another company.

I would not recommend Shank Pools to anyone but if you decide to use them be very careful and hire a pool consultant to keep review and inspect their work. Also, take lots of pictures of your yard before they start working. They made a mess of mine and never cleaned it up.
